摘要：为了解淮安农村地区体育公共设施建设的现状，本文运用了文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析等方法，对淮安农村体育公共设施建设的资金来源、使用人群的特点与需求、已建设的体育设施数量与种类等方面进行调查与分析。研究结果表明淮安的农村体育公共设施的建设较之前而言已有了不小的进步，但是仍满足不了广大农村居民的需求。存在着健身场地匮乏、器械种类单一、缺乏专业指导和维护人员等问题。建议政府部门加大对于农村体育建设资金的投入，建设具有地方特色的健身场所，培养专业的社区体育指导员对农村体育进行指导与管理。让农村居民可以享受到更好的锻炼环境，促进农村体育得到更加合理与科学的发展。91106

Abstract:To understand the current situation of the construction of huaian rural sports public facilities, this paper uses the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and l ogical analysis, construction of huaian rural sports public facilities of capital source, using the features of the population and the demand, has the number of sports facilities construction an d types, and so on investigation and analysis。Research results show that the construction of hu aian rural sports public facilities have made a big progress than before, but still can't satisfy th e needs of the rural residents。There is a lack of fitness venues, equipment type single, lack of professional guidance and maintenance personnel and other issues。Suggested that the govern ment departments and more investment in rural sports construction fund, the construction of f itness place, with local characteristics to cultivate professional community sports instructors t o guide rural sports and management。That rural residents can enjoy better exercise environme nt, promote the development of rural sports get more reasonable and scientific。
