摘要：本文通过对淮阴师范学院体育学院2013级体育教育专业毕业生实习满意度的调查了解毕业生在实习过程中存在的实际问题，旨在发现平时体育教育教学过程中存在的问题，目的是使体育教育专业实习生掌握学校体育教学各个环节的基本要求，帮助体育教育专业学生提高实习质量和教学组织能力。本研究运用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、个别访谈法、观察法、SPSS数理统计等方法，主要是通过问卷调查的方式分析存在问题的原因及研究对策，分析发现影响体育教育专业实习生实习满意度的是原因主要在高校，实习学校和自身三个方面。并提出建议与策略进行提高与改进，即延长实习时间，提高实习效率；明确校内外实习指导教师的任务职责，提高指导效果；加大实习学校对实习生的重视度，开拓新型实习基地；加强体育教育专业学生素质与素养的教育。91285
