摘要：通过近三年江苏省教育厅发布的中小学生体质健康检测结果来看，高中学生速度、爆发力、力量等素质持续下降的趋势有所好转，耐力素质下降情况依然没有好转，肥胖、近视率等指标持续增长，学生体质健康状况和学生参与体育锻炼时间少有直接关系，本文通过文献资料法、实地考察法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法对阳光中学中学生课外体育活动情况进行调查研究，从学生参与课外活动现状、学校重视程度、场地设施等因素进行分析，找出制约影响学生参与课外体育活动的原因所在，根据反映出的问题提出针对性的修改建议，为阳光中学学生更好的进行课外体育活动提供建议。91289
