摘要：课外体育活动是学生利用课余时间参与的，以锻炼身体、愉悦身心为目的的体育活动。是体育课的重要延伸，检验学生在体育课的学习成果。在全面推进中小学生的身体素质和身体健康，课外体育活动发挥着显著作用，在发展学生的德、智、体、美、劳中发挥重要作用。91290

本文采用文献法、问卷调查法、数据分析法、归纳总结法等方法对江苏省清江中学（范例学校）的课外体育活动进行调查，并提出相应的改革建议。江苏省清江中学地处淮安市市中心，体育场的构建受到极大阻碍，学校体育器材设施的不完善，场地的缺乏，体育教师的专业知识不能适应学生需求及思想观念的陈旧，不能适应现代学生的需求，学生的学习负担过重，学生的“无时间”制约着他们参加课外体育活动，针对上述出现的问题提出改革建议。
