摘 要：弹力带和瑞士球作为私教小工具的典型代表逐渐受到人们的推崇，尤其受到私教课程中减脂人群的欢迎。如何在私教课程中更加安全有效达到健身减脂的效果，是当今健身领域研究的热点。本文以私教小工具在减脂人群私教课程中的应用为研究对象，通过调查私人教练及减脂会员，从私教小工具的基本应用情况及对减脂人群运动兴趣、损伤发生率和减脂效率几个围度进行调查分析，探讨私教课程中私教小工具的应用方法和对减脂人群的作用。由调查结果显示，私教小工具应用于减脂人群的效果较好，会员对于私教小工具在私教课程中的满意程度较高。表明私教小工具在健身领域具有较好的发展前景。93488

Abstract: Thera-band and Swiss ball are as typical representative of small private teaching tools, praised highly gradually by the people, and especially welcomed by reduced fat people in small group courses。 How to reach the effects of fitness and reducing fat more safe and effective in small group courses, is a hot spot in the field of fitness。 The application of small private teaching tools in reduced fat people of small group courses is as the research object。 Personal trainers and reduced fat members were investigated。 Small private teaching tools basic application situation, the interest of reduced fat people, the incidence of injury and the efficiency of fat reducing were investigated and analysed。 Application methods and the effects on reduced fat people of private small teaching tools are discussed。 It provides theoretical basis and empirical support for applying small private teaching tools to reduced fat people。 Small private teaching tools have good prospects for the development in the field of fitness。来自优O尔P论R文T网WWw.YoueRw.com 加QQ7520`18766
