摘 要：随着我国全面推行素质教育,非智力因素越来越受到人们的重视。作者针对户外运动促进青少年非智力因素的成长进行初步的探讨，为进一步研究青少年非智力因素提供参考依据。本论文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等在将研究的信度和效度控制在标准范围内的情况下，对参与花漾淮安微信平台所组织的户外运动的青少年进行了实证性研究。结果表明参与的青少年的非智力因素平均值都至少提高了10分，与此相适应的是青少年的学习成绩也有了相对的提高。通过研究总结出：青少年参与户外运动有利于促进非智力因素的成长。93819

Abstract：With the all-round implementation of the quality education, the unintelligenec factors are more and more appreciated。 The author discusses the development of unintelligene cfactors of youth in outdoor sports, and provides a reference for further study of the unintelligenec factors of youth。 This paper uses the method of documents and materials, questionnaire investigation, interview method, mathematical statistics and so on to study the reliability and validity of the control within the scope of the standard, to participate in flower overflow huaian WeChat platform of outdoor activities organized by youth has carried on the empirical research。 Results show that the average teenagers of f unintelligenec factors are involved in increased at least 10 points, adapt to this is teenagers' grades have improved relatively。 The study concluded that participation in outdoor activities by adolescents is conducive to the development of unintelligenec factors。
