摘 要：随着亚健康人群的增多，人们逐渐认识到健康的重要性,这促使了健身行业和私人教练行业迅速发展。随之而来的是私教职业市场的混乱,这就使私教的整体水平良莠不齐,特别是金坛区的情况更是让人担忧。本研究通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法对金坛的私人教练专业素养现状进行调查与分析,目的在于明确金坛区私人教练专业素养的现状,并做出合理分析和建议,以达到私教的良性运转。本文就金坛区健身市场中私人教练素养现状的具体情况,提出适合其发展的个人见解和合理建议,对金坛私人教练专业素养水平的提高、健身行业的壮大具有一定的参考价值。研究结论总结如下:(1)在金坛区健身俱乐部私人教练中,男性居多;年龄较年轻。(2)在金坛区健身教练中,私人教练的学历总体水平较低,其参加专业培训人数较少,大多数为退役军人或是会员转行;金坛区私人教练的大部分教练是因为喜欢锻炼所以才选择这个职业,对它的职业规划认识不够完全。(3)金坛区健身俱乐部私人教练需要提高健身指导能力,体适能评估能力,学习能力,自我把控力,专业售课能力,语言沟通力等素养,才能满足俱乐部管理者和会员的要求。(4)金坛区健身俱乐部私人教练的专业理论知识力较欠缺,专业技能素养与理论知识需进一步提升和丰富。94980
