摘要：近年来体育教师体罚行为屡见不鲜，各大媒体对体育教师体罚伤害学生的现象频频报道，已经引起了相关教育部、学校、家长及社会的关注和深思。作为教学问题之一，体育教师不正当的体罚行为会危害学生的生理心理健康，恶化师生关系，影响体育课堂教学的质量和效果。但是学生无视学校纪律，课堂纪律，顽固任性，对教师教育毫无敬畏之心，甚至把教师的宽容视为软弱可期，这一现象也不容小觑。基于这样的问题，本文在借鉴前人及同行研究成果的基础上，从体育教师体罚学生原因，手段，对课堂的作用以及对学生的影响进行初步探究，通过问卷调查法、文献法、数据分析法就体育教师体罚行为对淮安市及周边的多所学校的学生和体育教师展开调查分析，并从多学科的视角对中小学体育教师体罚行为对学生的影响进行全方位的剖析与论证。在理论研究和定量的实证研究的基础上提出体育教师体罚行为预防和矫治措施的相应对策： (1)加强体育教师对体罚行为现象危害的认识，(2)加强体育教师的职业道德建设， (3)建立健全体育教师心理疏导与心理健康教育机制。95061
