摘要：为了了解豫东南四市体育中心场馆的基本情况、经营现状、经营过程中存在的问题，本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、访谈法等，对目前豫东南四市体育中心场馆经营现状进行调查分析，选择了豫东南四市（周口市.商丘市.驻马店市.信阳市）体育中心场馆为研究对象，结果表明豫东南四市体育中心场馆规模比较大，体育设施齐全，经营模式为多种经营模式并存，以自主经营为主的综合经营模式；通过举办大型体育赛事，在体育场举办非体育性活动、商业设施租赁等经营方式来获得利益，文持体育中心的正常运营；体育中心场馆在经营的过程中存在着体育消费市场薄弱，管理人才匮乏，政府干预过多等问题影响了体育中心场馆的经营。并提出相应的建议希望能对四市体育中心场馆的经营提供一些新的思路。40480

豫东南四市体育中心场馆经营现状分析 引言
体育场馆经营是世界难题， 2004年雅典奥运会后，这些场馆即没有得到商业化运营，也没有被社会有效的利用。每年还要投入高达一亿多欧元的养护费用。世界最大的体育场—悉尼奥林匹克体育场在举办了27届奥运会后，仅过了6个月就面临着倒闭的危机。慕尼黑奥林匹克公园每年的运营文护费用高达3000万美元。体育场馆运营，在北京奥运会之前还不经常被人们提起。2008年我国举办了奥运会。为了北京奥运会的顺利举行，我国建设了大量的体育场馆。这些体育场馆的正常运营需要投入大量的运营费用。加大了政府的财政压力。如何对这些体育场馆进行有效的经营成为当下体育场馆面临的重要问题。为此在我国提出了“以市场化运作为导向，充分利用各种市场化筹资渠道和方式筹集资金，鼓励社会机构参与体育场馆经营管理活动，建立体育场馆经营新模式”的经营策略来缓解政府财政的压力。豫东南四市由于经济落后，一直没有属于自己的体育中心场馆。随着我国体育事业的不断发展，豫东南四市分别建立了周口市体育中心场馆；信阳市体育中心场馆；商丘市奥林匹克体育中心；驻马店市体育中心场馆。四所体育中心的建成将填补四市没有大型体育场馆的空白，它不仅能够承办大型体育比赛、各种大型活动、演出、集会，还为群众参与体育健身提供健身场地。使全民健身的计划有效的实施。 市体育中心场馆经营现状分析:http://www.youerw.com/tiyu/lunwen_38791.html
