摘要青少年篮球训练有利于健身事业的推动,提高体育人口,更重要的是能促进青少年形成终身体育的习惯和提高我国整体的篮球水平,因此,提高青少年篮球训练水平,加大后备人才培养力量,扩大篮球基础已成为我国篮球运动可持续发展的关键所在。青少年篮球训练内容包括体能训练,技战术训练以及心理训练,这些训练内容中又包括许多训练手段,耐力训练的手段有耐力跑,变速跑,以及活动性游戏训练法,力量训练手段有单足跳、多级跳、障碍跳、台阶跳,轻物抓举,俯卧撑,深蹲等,速度训练手段有百米跑,加速跑,变速跑,牵拉跑,折返跑,侧身跑。运球上篮训练手段有绕障碍物运球上篮,投篮训练手段有快速投篮训练法和接球急停跳投训练法。投篮训练手段有定点投篮,快速投篮,接球中枢脚转身投篮,三步接球投篮。防守训练手段有横向滑步练习,前滑步练习,后滑步练习,后滑步接交叉步练习,后滑步接抢步练习,对持球人的攻击性防守,二对二强、弱侧转换防守,对无球队员的强侧防守练习,对无球人溜底线的防守练习。心理训练手段有诱导训练法,模拟训练法,克服困难训练法,提升自信心训练法,这些训练方法都能培养青少年坚定不屈,顽强拼搏的意志品质。43943
Abstract Youth basketball training is beneficial to the fitness business, improve the sports population, more important can promote adolescent form the habit of lifelong sports and improve the level of basketball in our country, therefore, improve the level of youth basketball training, increase the reserve personnel training strength, expand basketball base has become the key to sustainable development of basketball in China. Youth basketball training includes physical training, tactics, and psychological training, the training content including many training methods, means of endurance training have stamina to run, run speed, as well as active game training method, strength training means hop, multistage jump, jump jump, steps, light the snatch, push-ups, squats, speed training means there are hundreds of meters, acceleration, speed, pull, reverse layup, sideways. Dribbling layup training means there are around obstacles dribbling layup, fast shooting training method and catch a ball stopped training method. Shootaround means have set shot, quick shots, catch the central foot turnarounds, three ball shooting. Defensive training means has lateral slide of practice, slide before practice, slide after practice, after they practice the slide, slide to take step to practice, after the ball of offensive defense, two on two strong, the weak side transition defense, strong defensive side of no ball exercises, for practice without the ball slipped the bottom line of defense.
