摘要杭州近两年为全面发展中学生的素质，开展了排球选修课，活跃了校园排球氛围。排球选修课不仅满足了中学生健身的需要，而且能够培养学生体育兴趣、体育习惯和能力。本文分析杭州中学排球选修课教学方式和组织方式，分析中学生选修的目的和上课情况，针对排球选修课的教与学现状，提出提高排球选修课教学质量的对策。这对提高中学生对排球课的兴趣，提高学生上课的积极性，提高学生听课的注意力集中水平，提高学生课下练习的积极性和自觉性，培养学生终身从事排球运动的观念，有利于缓解学生的课业压力，提高学生身体的健康水平，有非常重要的意义。43953
