摘要随着杭州国际马拉松赛事影响力的不断扩大加强，参与人数的不断增加，对志愿者服务工作也提出新的要求。本研究以杭州国际马拉松赛事的志愿者为研究对象，主力军是大学生，主要采用访谈和问卷调查方法，对志愿者的工作进行分析，了解服务现状，通过分析提出相应的对策。为杭州市国际马拉松赛事志愿者以后的工作提供参考，同时对其他体育赛事志愿者的工作也具有一定借鉴价值。46834

With the expanding influence of the Hangzhou International Marathon and the increasing number of people.It’s involved volunteer service work put forward to new demands. In this study, make the Hangzhou International Marathon volunteers as the research object, and the main force of it is college students.This research mainly adopts the methods of interview and questionnaire survey, and analyze the volunteer work , to understand the status of service.Then through the analysis to put forward some corresponding countermeasures. And try to provide a reference for the Hangzhou International Marathon volunteers work in the future, while the other sports events volunteer work also has a certain reference value.
