摘要随着时代的发展，高中生的体质问题越来越受到社会各界的关注，大课间体育活动作为学校体育的重要组成部分，是高中生体质发展的重要途径之一。以海盐县四所高中抽取的200名学生和8名体育老师为调查对象，采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法以及访谈法等，对海盐县高中学生大课间体育活动现状进行抽样调查研究，并进一步分析，对海盐县高中学生参与大课间体育活动的现状及其影响因素进行分析和总结，为更好地发展高中生参加大课间体育活动，组织科学、有效的大课间体育活动提供理论与现实依据。47526

Abstract：In order to understand the haiyan high school students big break sports activities, promote the status quo of jiaxing city high school students big break sports activities in the healthy, harmonious and sustainable development, with four high school students from 200 as the research object, the literature data method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method, as well as interviews of haiyan high school students big break sports present sampling survey research, and further analysis，think：1.Big break sports activities in each school is not balanced；2.There are great differences on the choice of project；3.Site equipment can not meet the needs of；4.Most of the students have learned the value and significance ofactivities；5.Activity time in between 20 to 45 minutes, persity of form of content；6.Schools do not attach importance to the leadership, the imperfect system restrictactivities；7.Haiyan "rolling lights" most students hope to carry out in the big break activities.
