本文主要采用了文献资料法、实地观察法、访谈法、调查问卷法和数理统计法等研究方法，对杭州菲力伟健身俱乐部的经营现状、员工、健身者和存在的问题进行了调查分析和探讨，结论如下：
健身行业的发展正逐渐受到政府的重视，国家也出台了促进健身行业发展的法规和意见，指明了健身行业发展的总体方向，但是针对健身行业发展的具体政策法规还不够完善，还没有专门的法规规范经营者的行为，对于产生的纠纷不能很好的解决。需要政府设立专门的管理监督部门，规范俱乐部的经营与发展，使健身行业健康有序发展。
运动项目的种类还有待丰富，当前的运动项目只能满足健身者的基本健身需求，创新的运动项目几乎没有。俱乐部的配套设施（器械、环境、配套设施）相对单一，几乎千篇一律。对于俱乐部的配套设施还需要多加完善，开设更多的运动项目。
员工的培训机制还不够健全；员工的专业能力还有待提高并且私教获取职业证书的渠道还不够规范化；服务意识还有待提升。只有建立健全的员工培养机制，才能培养出适合俱乐部经营发展的人才，面对杂乱的职业证书渠道，俱乐部更需要提高准入门槛，招收真正有过硬实力的私人教练。培养服务意识，提升服务质量，提供专业的服务。
    由于健身行业的发展前景巨大，自然会有较多的竞争者存在，面对数量众多的竞争者，需要取长补短，吸收各家之所长，借鉴国内外先进的经营发展经验，发展俱乐部。也要具有合作共赢意识，积极和各方合作，创造更好的健身大环境。
    希望上述的研究，对今后菲力伟健身俱乐部的经营、发展具有一定的帮助，并且希望对今后杭州市其他健身俱乐部的经营与发展产生一定的理论依据。
