摘要本文采用文献综述法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等方法,对杭州市下沙经济开发区的五所初中学校的校田径队,开展相关影响学生训练积极性因素的调查。分析结果表明:学校体育设施的水平及经费的投入,学生家长和老师的支持,教练员的训练水平,运动员自身对体育的热爱都是影响学生训练积极性的重要因素。为此,建议家长和老师改变对体育不重视的传统观念,提高教练员的专业水平,转变学生自身想法,提高训练的积极性,学校加大对体育设施及训练经费的投入。51623

ABSTRACT
This article USES the method of literature review, questionnaire survey, expert interviews and other methods, five junior high school of Hangzhou Xiasha economic development zone of the school track team, to carry out the investigation of relevant factors influencing the students' training. Analysis results show that the level of the school sports facilities and funds input, the support of parents and teachers, the training level of the coaches and athletes their love of sports are the important factors that affect students' training. Therefore, suggested that parents and teachers change the traditional concept of sports do not take the, improve the professional level of the coaches, change their own ideas, improve the enthusiasm of training schools increase the investment in sports facilities and training funds.
Analysis of the factors affecting the enthusiasm of the junior high school students after school track and field training, can solve the related problems in the junior middle school students sports track and field training, improve the teaching quality of sports amateur track and field training, and improve the students' overall sports level, lay a good foundation for the healthy development of the, for more sports reserve talented person, country and regional sports school track and field development of amateur training.
