摘要体育不仅是学校教育的重要组成部分，而且它还是实现学校体育工作最重要、最基本的途径和组织形式。体育教学中的主要内容之一是田径课教学，它在中学体育教学大纲中占有相当大的比重。从一定程度上讲田径课教学的施教情况，能反映了是否完成中学体育教学计划，能客观全面的体现学校总体的教学质量。学生们通过对田径基本技能、基本理论知识的学习，有利于中学生各器官系统功能和身体机能的协调发展，提高学生对新事物的灵敏度、力量、耐力等基本运动能力和身体基本素质，培养学生吃苦耐劳、勇敢的意志品质，和其它运动项目相比，田径教学的作用不能代替的。由教学手段、学生、教师和教材等要素组成的复合体是体育教学，这几个要素之间是相互依存、相互联系的，只有各要素间的综合整体作用呢能够得到充分的发挥，才能实现教学活动的最优化的目的，顺利完成体育教学的任务。学校要想保证田径教学的最优化就必须协调好这几个要素的之间的关系。本文通过系统、深入、全面的分析与调查杭州第十四中学田径教学的教学现状，并且寻找影响制约田径教学的因素，进而提出相应的针对性的对策，为田径教学改革贡献自己一份力。相信这篇文，能为杭州第十四中学决策部门提供理论参考意义。51656
