摘要为了深入了解有效教学的概念和研究课堂有效教学的设计，本文以杭四中为例，通过文献法、问卷调查、访谈法等方法，对有效教学的概念和如何设计课堂有效教学进行了分析研究，并对杭四中的教学现状存在的问题总结，结合有效教学的标准对其提出合理化建议，提高课堂有效性，以更好的提升学校的教育能力。教师能够熟练掌握教学内容，注重学生的个体差异，可以利用有效的资源，能灵活运用、选择和编制教学计划，争取努力做到课堂教学的有效性。52867

Abstract In order to understand effective teaching concept and researching the classroom effective teaching design, this paper to Hangzhou 4, for example, through literature review, questionnaires, interviews and other methods, the concept of effective teaching and how to design effective classroom teaching were analyzed, summarize and to hang Sizhong teaching the existing problems, combined with the standards of effective teaching, put forward reasonable suggestions on the, enhance the effectiveness of classroom, to better promote the school education ability. Teachers can master the teaching content, pay attention to the inpidual differences of students, can use effective resources, can flexibly use, choose and prepare the teaching plan, strive to achieve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.
