高邮市中学体育教师胜任力研究

摘要：本研究以随机抽取的高邮市中学体育教师为调查对象，综合运用访谈法、问卷调查法、文献资料法调查研究高邮中学体育课教师胜任力特征，高邮市中学体育教师整体胜任力处在一个合格趋向于良好的状况。就不同维度而言，在本研究所确定的个人特质、关爱学生、专业素质、人际交往、尊重他人、心理与创新6个维度中，仅有专业知识得分达到了优秀档次；关爱学生和人际交往达到了良好档次。至于其他维度，体育老师胜任力评价在合格档次。本研究证实学历、教龄、职称、重点学校是影响体育老师胜任力的主要因素，至于城乡差异和任教层次并不是影响体育老师胜任力的主要因素。54983

Abstract：In this study, a random sample of Gaoyou secondary school teachers for the survey, the integrated use of interviews, questionnaires, literature research Gaoyou Middle School physical education teacher competency characteristics, Gaoyou Middle School PE teacher competency in the overall trend of a qualified in good condition. On different dimensions, in the personal characteristics identified in this study, attention to students, five dimensions, only professional knowledge scores achieved excellent grades; care for students and interpersonal achieve a good grade. For other dimensions, physical education teacher competency evaluation in qualifying grade. This study demonstrated that education, seniority, job title, focusing on school physical education teacher competency is the impact of the main factors. As for the level of urban and rural differences and taught physical education teacher competency not affect the main factors.

1 前言

1.1选题依据
