体育教育专业学生就业途径的调查研究

摘要：随着大学的普及率增高，越来越多的大学生就业成了现在比较大的社会问题，而体育专业的学生由于教师编制的饱和专业教师的可替代性，其就业问题则更是难上加难。因此体育教育专业学生在择业和就业的过程中也会遇到很多问题。本文在揭露目前体育教育专业大学生在就业中遇到一系列问题的基础上，主要利用问卷调查方法和访谈法，对淮阴师范学院体育教育专业09、10级部分毕业生进行调查与分析，获取他们在就业中出现的哪些困难，了解他们的就业观念，还有学校等因素对学生就业的作用，分析就业问题产生的原因。调查得知学生在就业过程中主要观念比较传统，眼光比较高，学校在学生的教育方面也存在不足，需加强学生的就业指导，社会应当为学生提供一个公平的环境，本文在探讨就业环境与学生能力的基础上提出相关的解决措施，以提高体育教育专业大学生的就业率，积极促进就业。57553

Abstract: With the popularity of University rate increased, more and more college students employment become a social problem is relatively large, and thesports professional students because the teacher preparation of saturatedprofessional teachers canbereplaced, the employment problem is moredifficult. Therefore, physical education students will encounter many problemsin the employment and employment in the process of. Based on revealing thephysical education majors encounter a series of problems in the employment,mainly using the method of questionnaire investigation and interview method,investigation and analysis of Physical Education College of Huaiyin Normal University in 09, grade 10 graduates, obtaining what difficulties they appear in the employment, understand theiremployment concept, role andschools etc.onstudent employment, employment problems cause analysis. The survey of students in the process of employment is more traditional ideas, vision is relatively high, in the education of students on school also has some shortcomings, need to strengthen students' employment guidance, the society should provide a fair environment for the students, this paper puts forward relevant measures on the base of the employment environment and the ability of students, to improve the students' sports education professionalemployment rate, promoting employment.
