摘要：课外体育活动是学校体育的重要组成部分，是发展学生身体，提升体育教师专业特长，丰富校园文化生活，培养学生终身体育、意识和能力的第二体育课堂。所谓的课后体育锻炼，就是学生通过合理的安排闲暇时间，运用各种锻炼方法与手段，并与相应的防护措施相结合，有持续性的进行全方面的身体素质练习，以实现学生体质的增强，养成良好的体院锻炼的习惯，调节人的精神及促进学生各个方面协调发展的目的。通过问卷调查法和数据统计等方法，对扬州市江都中学高中生的课外体育活参与情况进行了详细调查，通过调查发现，多数学生能充分认识到课外体育活动对于身体健康的重要性，也比较乐意参与其中，而影响学生参与活动的动机也是多种多样的，另外，性别的不同也决定了他们喜爱的活动方式的差异性。在影响学生参与课外体育活动的众多因素中，学习压力大及可用的闲暇时间有限是最主要的因素。66569
Abstract：Extracurricular sports activities are an important part of school physical education, is the development of the student body, promote sports teachers' professional expertise, rich the cultural life of developing students' consciousness of lifetime sports, and the ability of the sports class. Extracurricular sports activities is the use of their spare time, use all kinds of physical exercise methods, combined with the forces of nature and health measures, often full of physical exercise, to strengthen students' physique, cultivate exercise habits, regulating spirit and rich extracurricular life the purpose of promoting students all-round development. I through the methods of questionnaire survey, data statistics, jiangdu region of middle school students to participate in extracurricular sports activities, found that the students can recognize the importance of extracurricular sports activities, also willing to participate in, the motivation shows multi-level, like project there are gender differences. And the influencing factors of students participated in the activities more, main aspect is the study burden is overweight, less free time.
