摘  要：私人健身教练是为了满足人们高层次的体育需求而出现的新兴职业。通过调查目前淮安市健身房私人教练的职业现状和存在问题,并从淮安市健身房发展情况、私人健身教练员的调查，体育院校以及体育院校学生需求几个方面对体育院校私人健身教练课程设置进行必要性的分析,参照现有培训机构以及体育院校现有专业课程设置的内容,分析体育院校设置私人健身教练课程的缺陷与优势,初步拟订体育院校私人健身教练课程,以期通过体育院校这一传统的人才培养途径培养大批既有较高的专业水准,又具备较强的服务意识的私人健身教练;从而使私人健身教练培养逐渐走向科学化、规范化和持续发展之路。健身房对私人健身教练员需求量巨大,而体育院校培训是成为合格健身私教的有效途径。体育院校作为国家体育人才的主要培养组织和机构,应该充分发挥私人健身教练培养的科学化、系统化、规模化优势,借鉴现有专业培养模式,参考培训机构的培训内容,发挥院校优势,建立体育院校特色的私人健身教练培养模式,培养符合市场需要的人才。因此,体育学院培养私人健身教练是可行的。66581
