江苏省体育师范生教学基本功大赛竞赛内容选择的思考

摘要：本文针对江苏省体育生教学基本功大赛竞赛内容的选择进行分析和思考，探寻适应基础教育改革发展的师范生培养需求。开展师范生教学基本功大赛，是借比赛这样一种机制，促使各培养学校充分认识教师教学基本功在教师专业素养中的重要地位积极推动全省师范生教学基本功训练。主要采用文献资料法、访问调查法和逻辑分析法进行课题研究，发现虽然2015年举办的第四届江苏省体育生教学基本功大赛竞赛项目较往届有多处改进，但仍存在与实际教学应用脱节、考核内容少等问题。对此，本文提出增加考核内容、技术成绩与技评相结合等建议。70252

1 前言

师范生是未来的教师，是教育事业的新生力量，师范生教学基本功大赛是促进师范生技能训练和教育实践的有效载体，师范生的培养质量直接影响到江苏基础教育师资的整体水平，关系到基础教育的质量。江苏省体育师范生教学基本功大赛迄今为止已举办四届，作为第四届江苏省体育师范生教学基本功大赛的参加者以及未来体育教师工作者中的一员，对四届大赛竞赛内容进行分析后，发现了虽然江苏省体育师范生教学基本功大赛竞赛内容在基础技能考核方面，教育理论与体育知识考察更为全面、公平，但是在通用技能考察时，仍然与实际教学脱节，无法发挥真正的教育意义；而专业技能竞赛内容不增加，反倒将体操双杠、技巧二选一、田径100米、跳远、实心球三选一两项必测项目删除，并入选测项目中，形成了七选一的选测项目内容，失去了培养体育师范生全面发展的宗旨。本文仅就江苏省体育师范生教学基本功大赛竞赛内容以及联系体育教学改革对体育师范生的培养要求进行简要的描述分析，为进一步完善江苏省体育师范生教学基本功大赛竞赛内容，培养顺应体育教育教学改革发展的体育师范生提出合理化的建议。文献综述江苏省体育师范生教学基本功大赛竞赛内容选择的思考:http://www.youerw.com/tiyu/lunwen_79489.html
