摘要：本文运用文献资料、问卷调查、SPASS 分析和访谈等方法，对淮安锋皇 健身俱乐部会员现状进行调查与研究。结果表明，锋皇健身俱乐部会员女性偏 多，政府从业者较多，主要选择该俱乐部原因是地理位置和场所氛围良好，主 要健身项目是动感单车和瑜伽，主要健身动机强化身体素质、塑型和减脂，并 且会员对某些健身教练的工作不是很满意。可通过建立完整的工作制度，引进 优质教练和培训现有教练，合理安排课程，提高课程质量，加大私教宣传，打 造俱乐部自身特色，使之更好地维护和吸引会员。为淮安市健身俱乐部经营提 供参考依据。70913

Abstract: This article uses the literature material, the questionnaire  survey,  the SPASS analysis and the interview and so on method, to the Huaian front emperor fitness club member present situation to carry on the investigation and the research. The results show that the Feng Huang female members in the fitness club side, many government practitioners, the main choice reasons of the club is the geographical position and place good atmosphere, mainly fitness project is spinning and yoga, the main motivation for fitness enhanced physical fitness, shaping and fat loss, and members of certain fitness coach work is not very satisfactory. Through the establishment of a complete system, the introduction of high quality coaching and training of existing coach, reasonable arrangements for the course, improve the teaching quality, increase private education publicity, create a club of their own characteristics, to better maintenance and attract members. To improve the reference for the management of the fitness club in Huaian.
