摘要本论文采用文献资料法，问卷调查法，访谈法和数据统计法对诸暨中学学生参加课外体育活动的情况进行研究，得出以下结论：
（1）通过对学生参加课外体育活动的兴趣、态度和动机的调查，发现学生对课外体育活动的兴趣还是很大的，对参加课外体育活动的态度也是积极的，很多同学参加课外体育活动是为了增强体质。
（2）通过调查，发现了诸暨中学学生参加课外体育活动存在以下问题：缺乏体育教师的指导和学校的监督，他们参加课外体育活动只是一个形式；参加的时间和次数少，这是由于他们的学业压力大；由于体育设施的缺乏，他们参加课外体育活动的形式单一，大部分同学都只是跑步或者打篮球，很少有其他形式的活动。73647
（3）在对策研究方面，希望学校能够培养学生的体育兴趣，建立完善的监督检查体制，给学生足够的时间和良好的校园体育文化环境参加课外体育活动，尽可能给学生配备完善的体育设施，并且可以与家庭、社会体育活动结合起来，让每一个学生都能够主动积极地参与到课外体育活动的队列中去。
Abstract This thesis focues on the research on students’ participation in extracurricular sports activities in Zhuji High School by methods of documents, questionaire, interview and mathematical statistics and draw the following conclusion:
(1) By the research on students’ interests, attitudes and motivation of participation in extracurricular sports activities, readers can find that they hold the positive attitudes in attending extracurricular sports activities, and most students take part in it in order to become stronger and healthier。
(2) Through the research, I find some problems in students’ participation in extracurricular sports activities in Zhuji High School: the lack of the guidance from teachers and supervision from school, they join in activities just like a formalism; because of the pressure of school work, they hardly have time to take part in extracurricular sports activities; what’s more, the lack of sports facilities leads to the single form of their participation in extracurricular sports activities, which most of them just run or play basketball。
(3) On the aspect of countermeasure, school should take the responsibility for stimulating students’ interest in sports, forming the impeccable system of supervision, giving students enough time to attend extracurricular sports activities, what’s more, school should creat complete facilities to provide students with a better environment which students can have extracurricular sports activities more freely。 Moreover, combining school with family and society is also a good way to make students take part in extracurricular sports activities energetically。
