摘要当代社会，小学生的身体素质逐年下降，肥胖问题越来越严重，那肥胖对小学生的身体素质有哪些影响呢？本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查以及数理统计的方法，以杭州经济开发区学正小学四五年级的肥胖学生为研究对象，进行肥胖对小学生身体素质的影响的调查研究。结果显示：74509

1、学生的肥胖大都是单纯性肥胖，都是由于摄入的热量过多造成的。

2、肥胖学生都缺乏对运动锻炼的正确认识。出于不健康的心理，使得他们去参与体育锻炼或体育游戏时会不自信或者直接找各种借口去避免参与。

3、通过调查发现肥胖学生的耐力素质与小学生相差很多。

4、肥胖学生在柔韧素质方面，由于身体的肥胖使得他们在这方面较差。

5、肥胖学生的心肺功能素质由于身体的负担较重而低于平均值。

6、肥胖对学生的速度素质影响较小。

7、肥胖对腹背肌力的影响也是很明显的。

8、通过分析肥胖的多种原因，提出相对的改善措施，以此来改善小学生的肥胖状况。

 Abstract The contemporary society, elementary student's physical quality decline year by year, obesity is more and more serious, what are the implications that obesity in elementary student's physical quality? In this paper, using the method of documentary, expert interview, data statistics and the method of questionnaire survey, in hangzhou economic development zone is the primary four or five grade obese students as the research object, the influence of obesity on children physical quality of survey research。 Results show that: 1, the students of obesity is simple obesity, are caused by excessive intake of calories。 2, obesity students are lack of correct understanding of exercise。 Due to unhealthy psychological, allowed them to participate in physical exercise or sports games will not confident or directly find excuses to avoid involvement。 3, through the study found that obese students' endurance quality, and primary school students differ a lot。 4, obese students in flexible quality aspect, because the body fat makes them less in this regard。 5, obese students' cardiopulmonary function quality is lower than the average due to body burden heavier。 6, through the analysis of the various reasons of obesity, relative improvement measures are put forward, in order to improve pupils' obesity。
