摘要：本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法，对杭州市江干区下沙社区的中老年人健身活动的开展状况进行了调查分析。从调查结果中显示，在愿意参与健身活动的人群中女性多于男性并且下沙社区中老年人对体育能增进健康、防病治病以及延年益寿的价值非常肯定,一部分人有参与健身活动的意愿,但大部分人却少健身兴趣。社区健身器械地设施严重缺乏,不能满足中老年人日常体育锻炼的需要,缺少有效的组织和指导,活动项目单调,不懂锻炼的方法,需要专门人才对其进行组织和管理。除此之外，散步快走、徒手操和广场舞运动,是适合下沙社区中老年人健身的体育项目。74658

Abstract This paper through the literature data method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, mathematical statistics, Jianggan District, Hangzhou Xiasha community elderly fitness development condition were investigated and analyzed。 From survey results show that the willingness to participate in fitness activities, the crowd more women than men and Xiasha community elderly in sports can promote health, prevent and cure diseases and prolong life value very sure that some people have to participate in fitness activities will, but most people but less interest in fitness。 A serious lack of community fitness equipment facilities, can not meet the needs of the elderly in their daily physical exercise, the lack of effective guidance and organization, activities are monotonous, don't understand exercise method and need to specialized personnel to organize and manage them。 In addition, walking walking, calisthenics and square dance movement, is suitable for the elderly in Xiasha community sports fitness project。
