摘要本文以景宁畲族自治县的畲族传统体育发展现状为研究对象，通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法，对景宁畲族传统体育开展的现状进行调查分析。结果表明：畲族传统体育在景宁县的普及率不高，参加过景宁畲族传统体育活动的人较少，而政府扶持力度小、资金投入少、场地设施限制等客观因素，以及畲族传统体育活动开展较少、开展范围较小等主观因素是制约景宁畲族民族体育开展的主要因素。传承人迟迟未确立，以及项目本身性质的制约，也影响着我们畲族传统体育的开展。政府应该加大投入、加大扶持力度，建设更多的场地让人们参与其中，加大开展力度和开展范围，培养传承人，使我们的畲族传统体育得到更好的传承和发扬。76522

1。前言
民族传统体育是中国体育发展的重要组成部分，是发展少数民族文化，促进少数民族传承和发展的重要内容之一，体现出非常强烈的民族特色。浙江省景宁畲族自治县是浙江省唯一的一个少数民族自治县，也是全国唯一的一个畲族自治县，曾多次代表浙江省参加全国少数民族运动会，其中，畲族传统体育项目获得过较好名次。
