摘要 羽毛球是一项深受中国人民喜爱的运动，因此当前出现了大量针对青少年羽毛球技能培训的体育培训公司。然而，当前的羽毛球教学中存在更注重手法训练，而忽视步法训练的问题。羽毛球步法作为羽毛球运动的基本技术之一，与手法相辅相成，不可分割。这种教学方法不仅影响了羽毛球教学质量的提高，也不利于青少年身体素质的加强。本文将以宏优体育公司为例，采用文献资料法、调查法、观察法等方法深入分析当前青少年羽毛球步法训练和教学方法的现状，发现存在的问题，继而提出相应的对策和建议，对当代青少年羽毛球步法教学的改革进行尝试和探索。76547

Badminton is one of the most popular fitness sports in China。 Meanwhile, a number of training companies spring up, which mainly target at teenagers’ development of badminton skills。 However, there is a big problem in present badminton teaching method that teenager students merely pay attention to the training of badminton techniques but ignore that of footwork。 Among all badminton skills, footwork is core content and inseparable from badminton techniques。 This teaching method not only impedes the improvement of badminton teaching quality, but also goes against students’ physical building。 This thesis will take Hong You Sporting Co。 Limited as an example and adopt methods of documentary, investigation, observation and so on to analyze the badminton footwork training method and find out problems。 At the end of the thesis, I will give corresponding strategies and suggestions trying to improve the present teenager footwork training method。
