摘要体育公共资源的数量与质量直接影响着社会大众参与体育锻炼的积极性、在 某种程度上关乎着人民群众的生活质量和城市的发展程度，应该得到足够的重 视。本文运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法等研究方法，基于互联网对镇江 市体育公共资源现状进行调查，发现： 1、镇江市公共体育资源现状是：综合类场馆设施少；单项运动项目健身场所分 布较科学；场地辅助设施器材标准不高。 2、镇江市市民对我市现有体育公共资源的评价是：对社会体育服务人员相对不 满意；不了解全市体育设施资源分布情况；绝大部分人认为需要或迫切需要政府 提供更多的体育公共资源；对现有场地设施的分布不够满意。 3、基于互联网的镇江市体育公共资源开发利用研究发现：目前我市体育公共信 息发布平台关注度差；民众选择体育公共信息服务的传播途径以互联网为主；未 来市民利用互联网进行体育资源预约服务市场潜力巨大，因此应建立基于互联网 的镇江市体育公共资源系统，完成场地预约、场地资源调控分配、甚至是未来政 府调配全市体育公共资源修建与整合等工作。 建议：加强现有场地资源的整修；合理平衡体育资源的分布；完善互联网上现有 体育公共资源信息；基于互联网开发新的功能并完善数据库；鼓励发展基于互联 网的体育公共资源开发利用的相关项目。78243

Internet-based Investigations on the Current Status, Exploit ation and Utilization of Sports Public Resources in Zhenjiang
Abstract The quantity and quality of public sports resources has a direct impact on public participation in sports exercise enthusiasm, in a certain extent related to the degree of people's quality of life and urban development, should be given enough attention。 This article uses the literature material law, the interview method, the questionnaire survey method and so on research method, based on the Internet to carry on the investigation to the sports public resources present situation in Zhenjiang, discovered:
1, Zhenjiang city public sports resources present situation is: the comprehensive class venues and facilities are few; the inpidual sports fitness place is more scientific; the standard is not high。
2, Zhenjiang City, citizens of the city's existing public sports resources evaluation is: the social PE service personnel relatively satisfactory; do not understand the city's sports facilities resources distribution; the vast majority think need or the urgent need for the government to provide more public sports resources; distribution of existing field facilities not satisfied。
3, based on the Internet of Zhenjiang City sports public resources development use research found that: at present our city sports public information publishing platform attention difference; people to choose the route of transmission of sports public information service based on Internet。 In the future, people use the Internet to sports resource pre about service market has great potential。 Therefore, we should establish based on Internet in Zhenjiang City sports public resources system, complete site reservation, site control resource allocation, or even for the future work of the government allocation of the city's public sports resources construction and integration。
Recommendations: to strengthen the refurbishment of the existing site resources; distribution of sports resources in a reasonable balance; improve the existing public sports resources information; based on Internet new function development and perfect database; encourage the development based on Internet public sports resource development and utilization project。
