摘 要：随着世界经济的发展和经济全球化的进一步深化，知识产权越来越受到各国的重视。江苏省体育用品企业还需进一步提升企业的竞争能力，而提升竞争能力的关键就是增强体育用品企业的核心竞争力。企业只有不断地增强自身的核心竞争力，不断提高创新能力，不断研发核心技术，从而获得更多的专利权等自主知识产权，才能促使企业在市场竞争中占据优势。

本文查阅了大量的资料，采用文献资料、对比分析、数据统计、逻辑分析等方法，对江苏省体育用品业自主知识产权发展路径进行研究，研究发现江苏省体育用品业的发展水平一直走在国家体育用品业发展水平的前列。但是其中也存在很多问题，比如政府支持力度还不够，体育用品业自主知识产权法律法规还不健全，行业内侵犯严重，对品牌重视程度不够，人才缺乏，企业的创新能力不足，体育用品技术含量低等问题制约着江苏省体育用品业自主知识产权的发展。完善自主知识产权法律法规，重视体育用品企业的创新能力，完善企业人才管理体系，提高体育用品企业自主知识产权和核心技术的研发能力是提升我国体育用品业竞争力的主要对策。78991
