摘要：参与体育有益健康，活跃在教育第一线的小学教师，是基础教育的中坚力量，更是祖国花朵的培育人，对社会的发展起着重要的作用，然而现在的小学教师面对着很多的压力，身体状况不容乐观。体育健身活动是解决教师健康问题的最简单有效的健身措施。如何使教师在繁忙的工作之余参加体育锻炼，使身心和谐健康发展，从而能应付更大的工作和生活压力，是当前迫切需要解决的重要问题问题。79173
文章旨在通过调查研究，了解经济开发区小学教师体育健身的现状，分析其不足，进而提出相应对策。

Abstract：Participation in sports is good for health。 The primary school teachers activing in the first line of the education is the backbone of basic education。 they are also the nursers of flowers of the country。 They play an important role on social development。However， the primary school teachers are now faced with multiple pressures， strong sense of social responsibility，and physical condition is not optimistic。 Physical fitness activity is the most simple and effective way of solving health problems of teachers。 How to make teachers participate in physical exercise during spare time， integrate which into the lifestyle so as to let body and mind to harmoniously and healthily develop， so that it can cope with more work and life stress， is currently an urgent need to solve。
This article aims at researching the current situation of physical fitness of the Nantong City’teachers， analysising its shortcomings，and then proposing appropriate countermeasures。
