本研究是通过对镇江市本科院校大学生参加体育俱乐部出现的相关诚信问 题调查与研究，得出大学生参加体育俱乐部失信的现状与原因。通过原因分析， 得出以下结论：随着社会的不断进步，大学生的压力也越来越大。为了更早深入 了解和适应社会环境，越来越多的大学生参加兼职的队伍，从而导致他们忽视体 育运动和锻炼；迫于社会的压力，镇江市本科院校更加注重大学生的专业知识与 专业能力的培养，从而导致了体育边缘化越来越严重，体育课的成绩不能与其他 课程相比，让学生忽视体育锻炼的重要性；部分家长只注重孩子的文化学习成绩， 体育锻炼教育意识缺乏，导致孩子缺乏体育锻炼的意识，从而影响大学生参加体 育俱乐部的积极度；镇江市本科院校大学生缺乏体育兴趣，从而导致大学生对体 育锻炼的行为缺乏；镇江市本科院校大学生的健康意识淡薄，对自身的健康认识 不足等，导致大学生忽视体育俱乐部。结合已有的科学研究成果，提出合理的方 案和对策，加强镇江市本科院校大学生的体育锻炼和诚信意识，加强镇江市本科 院校大学生体育俱乐部诚信的认知，加强大学生的体育锻炼和健康的意识，从而 提高镇江市本科院校大学生的综合素质。
