摘要：本研究运用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、观察法、个别访谈法、个案研究法、数理统计等方法，选择了淮安市淮阴师范学院附属中学、淮海中学、袁集小学等6所中小学校领导、体育教师以及器材室管理人员作为研究对象,通过对这6所中小学校园特色体育文化建设的研究，深入了解了淮安市中小学校园特色体育文化建设规律与特征，即区域性、创新性和群体互动性；提出了淮安市中小学校园特色体育文化建设的途径，即改善校园物质文化、扶植校园精神文化、完善校园制度文化、充实校园活动文化 。旨在为广大中小学体育工作者开展校园体育文化建设提供真实有效的依据和参考资料。 80023

1 前言
校园体育文化是青少年接触最多、最具有吸引力的一种文化，它以其蕴含丰富的文化内涵对中小学生的身心健康和人格发展都起着潜移默化的影响，所以国内外教育学者对此尤为关注。不同于发达国家，从国内文献来看，我国学术界对中小学校园体育文化建设的研究主要集中于校园体育文化基本概念的理论叙述，包括校园体育文化的含义、结构、特征与作用等。如王爱华（2012）认为，校园体育文化包括形态层、中间层和深层[8]；旭晓东（2013）认为校园体育文化的特征主要有：导向性、渗透性、时代性、客观性；同时其功能有指导功能、改进功能、休闲功能、育人功能、平台功能；其次是对校园体育文化建设的影响因素、方法与途径等实践探索，如程一辉（2012）、姜志明（2014）认为，校园体育文化建设存在的问题主要是精神文化缺乏底蕴；物质文化缺乏人文景观和文化场所；行为文化缺乏多样性和标准性；制度文化缺乏管理机制等。因此，他们提出要发挥各自学校优势，以及当地特色体育文化等途径推进校园体育文化建设[10]。 淮安市中小学校园特色体育文化建设规律与特征研究:http://www.youerw.com/tiyu/lunwen_92841.html
