摘 要： 本文采用了文献资料法、访谈调查法、问卷调查法、数理统计法，主要是通过大量的问卷调查，了解海盐县武原街道居民的健身现状，得出海盐县武原街道体育总体上发展处于上升阶段，但是健身的女性多余男性、运动场地不足、缺乏专业指导人员。建议政府需要结合城镇化发展统筹规划体育设施建设，合理布点布局，重点建设一批便民利民的中小型体育场馆、公共健身活动中心、户外多功能球场、健身跑道等场地设施；以社区为单位大力开展乒乓球、羽毛球等竞技性强、普及面广的体育运动项目；加强对社区全民健身指导志愿服务者队伍的建设。80469

1  前言

全民健身关系人民群众身体健康和生活幸福，是综合国力和社会文明进步的重要标志，是社会zhuyi精神文明建设的重要内容，是全面建设小康社会的重要组成部分。
