摘要拳击运动在我国开展时间较晚，主流媒体报道少，一直处于缓慢发展的状态。 虽然拳击市场潜力巨大，前景很好，但是拳击俱乐部毕竟在起步阶段。本研究以 昆明市 8 家拳击俱乐部的发展现状为切入点，采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问 卷调查法、数理统计法，经过研究分析找出影响昆明市拳击俱乐部发展的因素。81356
影响昆明市拳击俱乐部发展的因素主要有以下几点：1、俱乐部管理经营因 素 2、教练员因素 3、学员自身因素。4、社会因素。针对以上因素本研究提出以 下发展对策：1、学习国外优秀俱乐部经营管理经验、提供良好的训练环境 2、 加强教练员队伍建设，提高教练员综合执教水平 3、了解学员需求，吸收优秀运 动员 4、宣传拳击文化内涵，改变大众对拳击的认识，拓宽群众基础，寻求政府 政策扶持、引导，让拳击运动产业化商业化。

The results show that: 1, the traditional concept of the impact of people's awareness of boxing have prejudice, the masses foundation is weak 2, the club lack of professional management personnel, equipment and environmental facilities generally 3, young coaches, teaching experience insufficient, lack of theoretical knowledge learning 4, students' physical quality of good and bad, income instability。 5, the government approval system cumbersome and complex, administrative intervention is not conducive to the promotion of events
In view of the above problems, this study proposes the following development countermeasures: 1, propaganda of cultural connotation of boxing, change the public awareness of boxing, broaden the mass base 2, the study of outstanding foreign club management experience, provide a good training environment 3, strengthen the building of the contingent of coaches, coaches overall coaching level 4, to understand the needs of students, absorbing the excellent athletes 5, government policy support, guide, let the boxing industry commercialization。
