摘 要：随着经济的快速发展,人们的健身意识也在不断地提高,越来越多的人开始关注自身的身体健康状况。在众多体育活动中,广场舞因受人数、年龄、性别、场地器材等限制较少,并且投资少、消费低，就能起到强健身体、娱乐心情、欢度时光的效果等特点。因此，广场舞深受广大健身运动者喜欢,现今已经发展成为最受广大群众喜爱的体育活动之一。淮安市区的广场舞在淮安广场舞发展的过程中具有一定的代表性。为了促进淮安市区广场舞活动健康、有序的开展,充分发挥广场舞活动的健身作用,本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计、访谈等方法,对淮安市区广场舞的开展情况和存在的问题进行调查并分析,旨在促进和实现淮安市广场舞更好的发展, 从而达到真正的全民快乐健身、全民更加健康的目的。同时也为经济薄弱的不发达地区更好开展广场舞活动提供借鉴。81607
