基于社会需求的社会体育专业人才培养模式探究

摘要：本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法对社会体育专业人才培养现状进行调查分析，找出社会体育专业人才培养存在的问题，结果表明：专业培养目标缺乏院校特色，人才培养规格不完善；课程设置不合理，人才培养的分布不平衡，这是在社会体育专业人才培养方面存在的主要问题。这些问题，对社会体育专业人才的培养形成了严重的阻碍。为此，我们必须从社会需求为方向，明确科学合理的人才培养目标；做好专业人才培养类型定位，促进学生多元化发展；进行多层次课程体系设置，扩大课程体系的知识面；调整课程设置内容，培养学生严谨治学的精神几个方面，解决社会体育专业人才培养与行业人才需求的矛盾，真正促进社会体育专业人才的培养。81610

Abstract：The through the literature data method, questionnaire survey method, logical analysis method of social sports professional talents training status investigation and analysis, to identify the social sports professional talent cultivation problems, results show that: the professional training goal of the lack of college characteristics and personnel training specification is not perfect; unreasonable curriculum, the uneven distribution of personnel training。 This is cultivating the main problems existing in social sports professionals。 These problems, to based on social demand of social sports professional talent training formed a serious impediment。 Therefore, we must from the social demand oriented, to determine a scientific and rational personnel training objectives; do a good job professional talent training types , promote the persified development of students; multi-level curriculum system, expand the knowledge of curriculum system; adjust the contents of curriculum, training students rigorous scholarship of the spirit and solve social sports professional personnel training and the contradiction between the industry demand for talent, really is to promote the cultivation of professional talents of social sports。
