摘要本文以镇江市部分小学“校园足球”开展现状为研究对象，采用用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法，调查研究镇江市小学的管理者、学生、家长对开展校园足球的认知态度，政策支持、场地设备、师资队伍以及小学校园足球运动开展情况，为积极推动校园足球合理健康的发展提供理论和实践参考。84092

研究结果如下：1、镇江市小学领导对校园足球的认识和重视程度不够，更注重学生学习。大部分家长重视和支持孩子参与校园足球运动，但任担心运动安全和耽误学习问题。学生喜欢足球运动，并积极参与梦想成为足球明星。2、镇江市小学足球运动场地设备情况良好，但是维护不到位，存在一定的安全隐患。3、镇江市小学体育教师的学历以本科为主，部分教师学历较低。足球专业教师比例不高，裁判等级低，专业经历和水平不高。4、镇江市小学校园足球开展中由于经费问题，学校之间的竞赛机制不完善，系统训练和比赛的比例不高。

建议领导提高认识，带头参与和推广足球运动，进一步加强宣传和动员，重视硬件设施的投入、管理和维护，加大专业足球教师培养和聘用力度，建立完善的竞赛制度和竞赛标准，比赛中严格遵循竞赛规则，扩大比赛范围，依靠自身的影响力带动更多的学校参与其中，积极促进镇江市校园足球的发展。
