摘要定向耦合器是一种通用的微波毫米波器件。随着科学技术的发展,要求该器件向简单化、小型化和轻型化过渡。定向耦合器由普通的波导结构发展到带状线、微带线结构,到如今的更加易于集成的SIW 结构。定向耦合器是一种无源器件。广泛应用在放大器、功分器、滤波器等微波系统。在本文研究了 3dB 分支线定向耦合器的工作原理,分别设计了工作在5.8GHz 和 24GHz 的微带线定向耦合器,并对其性能进行了优化。针对高频下微带线损耗变大及传输线间互耦导致性能下降的问题,提出了两种措施,使之满足了指标要求。30907

Title Design And Optimization of Directional CouplerBased on HFSS
Abstract Directional coupler is a general microwave device, With the development of scienceand technology, directional coupler is designed to be simpler, smaller andlighter.The structure of directional coupler has been improved from the generalwaveguide into stripline and microstrip line. And today, the SIW(substrateintegrated waveguide) is also been invented with simpler structure and easierintegration.As a passive device, directional coupler, is widely used in lots of microwavesystems like amplifiers, splitters and filters. The paper studies the workingprinciple of 3dB directional coupler working at 5.8GHz and 24GHz respectively andachieves the optimization of the performance. In order to solve the problem ofperformance declination resulting from larger loss and mutual coupling in highfrequency, two kinds of measures are researched to satisfy the design requirements.
