摘要本课题源于室外典型装甲目标W波段散射特性测试系统研制任务。根据实际应用要求,在分析比较W波段频率综合器多种实现方案基础上,确定了采用X波段频综倍频实现方式,并对各模块的各指标根据实际要求进行了计算和分配。为实现两路频率步进信号,采用集成两路DAC输出的DDS芯片AD9958激励PLL(ADF4106)的结构;为保证信号相位噪声,采用JKOC36系列相噪为-150dBc/Hz@10kHz的100MHz恒温晶振,通过倍频器RMK-5-优尔+将其倍频至500MHz后送入DDS作参考时钟源。利用ATmega128控制DDS输出76~81MHz范围的扫频信号,再经由ADF4106和HMC508组成的锁相环路将信号频率锁定在X波段。完成芯片选型和原理设计后绘制了相应的电路图以及PCB板图,以及进行实物的制作和调试,最终完成了7.6~8.1GHz频率范围的步进频信号的输出。32608

Title X-band Frequency Synthesizer
Abstract
The frequency synthesizer designed in this paper is based on a practical engineering project that making a W-band RCS test equipment of the typical armored targets in outdoor. Feasible plans are discussed to realize W-band frequency synthesizer to determine implementation mode of X-band Frequency Synthesizer. Indexes of system modules are calculated. To achieve two signal sources, AD9958 with two synchronized DDS channels is selected to drive PLL (ADF4106) directly.
100MHz OCXO of the JK0C36 series whose phase noise is -150dBc/Hz@10kHz is used to achieve good phase noise of the system. The 100 MHz signal is doubled by the five frequency multiplier RMK-5-优尔+ and used as reference clock source of DDS.
DDS is controlled by ATmega128 to output the step frequency signal that working range is from 76 to 81MHz.Then the signal is transferred to the phase-locked loop consisted by ADF4106 and HMC508 to output X-band signal. The design of the principle and PCB diagram is discussed in details. The practical design is made to output the step frequency signal that working range is from 7.6 to 8.1GHz.

1 引言
1.1 研究背景
