摘要视频运动目标检测是视觉监视系统的关键技术，处于整个系统的底层，是各种后续高级处理如视频分析、视频编码、视频检索以及视频监控等应用的基础。论文研究的内容是基于背景减法原理对静态背景下的视频运动目标进行检测。首先使用积累差异背景建模方法进行背景建模，然后使用Otsu法对背景差图像进行阈值化，使用两步区域生长法对视频运动目标连通区域进行标记，最后给出了一种对视频运动目标质心进行标记关联的方法。论文使用Matlab软件作为测试平台，设计和开发一个基础的移动物体检测和跟踪系统。当用户输入的视频文件之后，系统会自动提取视频中的移动的物体，计算它们的边界框和数量。7137

Title Video Moving Object Detection Methods
Abstract
Video moving object detection is the key technology of the visual surveillance system in the bottom of the whole system ,is the basic of a species of follow-up high-level processing or application such as video analysis,video coding,video retrieval and video surveillance.The content of this thesis is using background subtraction detecting moving object in video.First we based on differences accumulation informations to make background modeling,then Otsu method was used to threshold the background subtracting image.After that twice region growing operation was used for making connective regions.Finally, moving objects were related minimal Eculidean distance and motion trajectories were painted. Test platform is Matlab，is used to design and develop a basis for moving object detection and tracking system. After the user input a video file, the system will automatically extract the moving objects in the video automatically, calculate their bounding boxes and number .
