摘要近年来,随着微波技术的不断发展,人们对微波器件的小型化、高频率的要求越来越高,毫米波频段的开发受到外界越来越多的关注。功率分配器是一个重要的微波无源器件,广泛应用于通信、雷达以及电子战等电子系统中。在系统需要的推动下,功率分配器正朝着宽频带,低插损以及高功率的方向发展。基于波导传输结构的功率分配器由于其损耗小于普通的平面传输结构,具有功率容量大等特点,广泛应用于高功率场合。普通T型结构的波导功分器由于其结构的不连续性而导致的反射很强烈,衰减很大,严重影响了它的使用性能。该文设计了一种使用感性金属柱匹配的H面T型功分器。通过调节感性金属柱的直径和位置,可以显著改善功分器的性能。64875

Title Waveguide Power Divider
Abstract In recent years, with the continuous development of microwave technology,the miniaturization and high frequency of microwave devices are demanded.
People have paid more and more attention to the development of millimeter wave frequency band. Power pider is an important microwave passive component,which is widely used in communications, radar and electronic warfare, and other electronic systems. Driven by the needs of systems,power pider is moving toward wideband, low insertion loss and high power capacity.
Power pider based on the structure of waveguide transmission has the characteristics of high power capacity and low insertion loss in compare with the ordinary plane transmission structure, as a result,it is widely used in high power occasion. Ordinary T structure of waveguide power pider due to its structural discontinuity of the reflection is very strong, therefore,it has been affected by the use of performance. This paper designs a kind of using perceptual matching metal column H plane T power piders. By adjusting the diameter of perceptual metal column and its location, we can improve the performance of the power piders significantly.
