摘要钢板尺寸测量技术一直是国内外研究的重点课题。基于多摄像头的钢板几何尺寸测量系统利用多个摄像头,结合图像处理技术能够在不接触钢板的情况下快速准确的获得钢板的尺寸信息,具有良好的应用前景。论文综述了国内外尺寸测量以及钢板尺寸测量方法的发展以及现状,设计提出了基于多摄像头的钢板几何尺寸测量系统的方案,参照实际情况分析选取了系统硬件并搭建了系统模型,探讨了相关图像处理的算法并通过试验和分析完成了实验系统的程序。通过在实验室中进行模拟实验,对测量结果及误差产生的原因进行了处理和分析。验证了基于多摄像头钢板几何尺寸测量系统的可行性。77164
