摘要82A 钢帘线盘条中的非金属夹杂物对其质量与性能有着重要的影响,因此, 必须控制夹杂物使钢的质量得以提升。本文对四个钢厂(A、B、C、D 钢厂,其 中 A、C 钢厂是国外钢厂,B、D 钢厂为国内钢厂)82A 钢帘线盘条中非金属夹 杂的数量、种类和尺寸进行了统计与分析,同时也对其金相组织进行观察记录。84440
本课题采用的研究方法为:将所给四个试样磨制成横切面与纵切面金相试样 分别进行观察,在纵切面观察并记录其中夹杂物的数量、种类、尺寸,并对各个 试样进行夹杂物评级;在横切面观察其金相组织,包括索氏体百分比、中心偏析、 网状碳化物以及心部马氏体岛等。记录数据后比较四个钢厂生产盘条的组织性能 差异。
研究表明,四个钢厂试样的金相组织,包括索氏体百分比、中心偏析、网状 碳化物以及心部马氏体岛等,差别不大。国外钢厂的夹杂物数量较少、尺寸较小, 而国内钢厂的夹杂物数量多并且个别夹杂物尺寸较大。这主要是由于在炼钢以及 连铸过程中,脱氧不完全、卷渣滞留以及耐火材料剥落所造成的夹杂物。为此, 国内钢厂须对原材料到各个生产工序进行严格管理,进一步研发出纯净度高、性 能均匀的钢帘线产品。

Abstract The non-metallic inclusions in 82A steel wire rod have an important influence on their qualities and properties。So,it is necessary to keep the quantities of the non-metallic inclusions in control。This thesis makes statistical analysis on the quantities,types and sizes of non-metallic inclusions and make records on metallurgical structure at the same time。
The experiments of this study are as follows: grind cross section and longitudinal section of four samples to metallographic specimens and then observe the specimens。 Observe and make records on the quantities,types and sizes of non-metallic inclusions on the longitudinal section and rate the non-metallic inclusions; observe the metallurgical structure on the cross section, including the percentage of sorbite, center segregation, network carbides and the heart of martensite。 Making comparisons of the structure property after recording data。
The results shows: the metallurgical structure of four samples including percentage of sorbite, center segregation, network carbides and the heart of martensite have no differences。 The non-metallic inclusions of foreign steel mills have few quantities and small size, but the non-metallic inclusions of domestic steel mills have more quantities bigger size。 This is mainly because deoxidation is not enough, roll residue is trapped and the inclusions of the raw materials aggregation during the steel making and continuous casting。Therefore, domestic steel mills are required to carry out strict management from the raw materials to the various production processes to develop products with high purity and homogeneous performance。
