摘要本课题采用120t转炉炼钢虚拟仿真系统。该软件采用工业操控软件为研发平台, 植入完整的工艺技术操作规程,集成专项研发的过程数值模拟数学模型,并建立严谨 科学的操作技能考核机制。
首先对转炉炼钢虚拟仿真系统进行研究,以物料平衡、热平衡为依据,计算原辅 料加入量,确定各种原料配比,通过计算机软件模拟转炉炼钢流程。在熟悉冶炼流程 和熟练操作软件的基础上,根据终点钢的质量参数要求,优化吹炼过程各阶段氧枪枪 位,氧气流量,吹氧时间,调整底吹搅拌强度,根据实时数值监测系统数值变化操作, 拥有良好的终点控制和判断能力,准确出钢,最后完成脱氧合金化操作。84581
该研究通过大量模拟实践操作,优化工艺参数,以满足冶炼目标钢种成分含量为 最终目标,同时达到节约冶炼成本的目的。

Abstract This subject adopts the virtual simulation system of 120 t converter steelmaking。

Through the study of virtual simulation system of converter steelmaking, calculate the amount of raw materials to determine the ratio of various raw materials on the basis of material balance, heat balance, and finally simulate converter steelmaking process through the computer software。On the basis of familiar with the smelting process and the operation of skilled software, according to the requirements of the quality parameters of the steel at the end, optimize the converting process of the oxygen lance scramble, oxygen flow rate, oxygen blowing time, adjust the bottom blowing stirring intensity, according to the real-time numerical monitoring system for numerical operations, with good end-point control and judgment ability, accurate tapping, and finally complete deoxidation alloying operation。
