摘要针对现有海洋平台高强钢窄间隙焊接技术的现状及存在问题,本研究室开发了一种摇动电弧窄间隙MAG焊新技术。在此研究基础上,本文将实心焊丝替换为药芯焊丝并给予气体保护,进行摇动电弧窄间隙药芯焊丝平位置焊接试验,寻找最优的焊接工艺规范参数,进一步拓展了应用领域,对新型窄间隙摇动电弧焊接技术的工程应用及推广具有非常重要的意义。
本文简要介绍了窄间隙摇动电弧焊接技术的发展现状和海工装备制造中存在的问题,阐述了该新型工艺的原理和系统构成。然后,通过大量的焊接试验研究了电弧摇动工艺参数对窄间隙MAG焊焊缝成形的影响。87010
试验结果表明:摇动频率处于1。5 Hz与2。5 Hz之间时,可以保证窄间隙焊接接头具有足够的侧壁熔深,有效避免了指状熔深的出现。预留工艺间隙在1 mm到1。5 mm之间时,侧壁熔透效果最理想,避免了因工艺间隙过小而导致的咬边现象。侧壁停留时间从40ms增大到100ms的过程中,焊缝侧壁熔深逐渐增大。因此,摇动电弧工艺参数存在一个值的探讨的最佳范围,以获得稳定的焊接过程和理想的焊缝成形。

Abstract In view of the present situation and existing problems of the narrow gap welding technology of high strength steel for offshore platform, a new technology of MAG welding with arc narrow gap is developed in this research。 On the basis of this study。 In this paper, the solid wire replacement for flux cored wire and gas protection, rocking arc narrow gap flux cored wire flat position welding test, to find the optimal welding process parameters, to further expand the application field, of the new narrow gap shaking electric arc welding technology of engineering application and the promotion has the very important significance。
This paper briefly introduces the principle of narrow gap shaking arc narrow gap welding, and describes the development status and existing problems of this technology in recent years。 Then, the influence of arc shaking process parameters on the formation of narrow gap MAG welding seam was studied by a large number of welding experiments。
Test results show that:when the shaking frequency is between 1。5 Hz and 2。5 Hz, the narrow gap welding joint can be ensured to have sufficient lateral wall penetration, and the appearance of the finger like penetration can be avoided effectively。 Between 1 mm to 1。5 mm, the side wall penetration effect is the most ideal, which avoids the phenomenon of undercut caused by the process clearance。 The side wall residence time is increased from 40ms to 100ms, and the weld penetration depth increases gradually。 Therefore, the optimal range of the parameters of the arc welding process parameter is discussed in order to obtain the stable welding process and the ideal welding process。
