摘要压电材料因为其压电性能在传感器及换能器等领域被广泛应用,而钛酸铋钠Bi0。5 Na0。5TiO3(BNT)基压电材料由于其优良的压电性能、较高的剩余极化强度、较高的居里温度、较强铁电性、介电常数较小等优点被认为最可能替代铅基材料,以减少铅基材料对环境和人体的危害。然而BNT基陶瓷有较高的矫顽场,以致极化困难,并且很难烧结致密,对其压电性能有很大影响。本论文选取Bi0。5 Na(1-x)TiO3-Bi0。5KxTiO3(x=0。14、0。16、0。18、0。20)基陶瓷为体系,考察了BKT作为第二组元的加入对陶瓷的相组成、微观形貌、压电性能和铁电性能等的影响。其中水热法制备工艺条件为:粉体制备时反应时间24h,反应温度200℃;陶瓷烧结温度1100℃,烧结时间6h。通过SEM分析可知水热法制备的粉末比传统工艺得到的在颗粒球形度、细密度上有了很大提升;结合XRD分析可知陶瓷d33=131 pC/N ,Ec =31。4 kV/cm,并且在x=0。18附近发现了陶瓷的准同型相界;根据压电性和铁电性测试可得Kp=0。36,Pr=40μC/cm2,Pm =48 μC/cm2。87736
