摘要在工业生产中,摩擦磨损是能源损耗的一个重要源头,已知的银是一种中等温度下的热化学性质稳定的固体润滑剂,并可以在高温下与其他的组分反应以形成在高温下提供润滑的物质。但银的含量不同,最终对于润滑涂层性能的影响也不同。本文拟采用银作为润滑主体,通过添加高温润滑剂、硬质相和改变银含量,采用等离子喷涂工艺在碳钢表面制备95%Ni-Mo-Al-5%Ag复合涂层、90%Ni-Mo-Al-10%Ag复合涂层以及75%Ni-Mo-Al-10%Ag-5%GaF2/BaF2-10%Cr2O3复合涂层。利用HT-1000高温摩擦磨损试验机,实验研究润滑涂层在常温、200℃、400℃、600℃不同温度区域的摩擦磨损特性,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪EDS、对涂层的形貌、结构、物相进行测试分析,研究不同组成成分的润滑涂层在宽温域下摩擦学性能以期获得性能良好的润滑涂层。通过实验可知,在高温下自润滑复合涂层中Ag含量增加可以使该涂层摩擦系数有效减少,400℃下Ag含量的增加会使涂层的磨损率有9%左右的减少,但是在600℃的情况下会使涂层的磨损率增加66%以上,GaF2/BaF2和Cr2O3的加入会使涂层在室温的环境下摩擦系数有少量提升,磨损率有2倍左右提升,使涂层在200℃下的磨损率有数倍提高。87845

Title Effect of silver content on the nickel-based lubricating plasma spray coating’s high-temperature tribological properties
Abstract In industrial production, friction wear are an important source of energy loss。Silver is known as a medium-temperature solid lubricant with stable thermochemical properties ,and at high temperatures it may react with the other components of the lubricating material to provide the formation 。 But with the difference of the silver content ,the properties of the lubricating coating is different。 This paper uses silver as a lubricating mian part,and adding high-temperature lubricant,hard phase to change the silver content。we use plasma spraying to make 95% Ni-Mo-Al-5% Ag composite coating,90% Ni- Mo-Al-10% Ag composite coating and 75% Ni-Mo-Al-10% Ag-5% GaF2 / BaF2-10% Cr2O3 composite coating on the surface of carbon steel。 We use of HT-1000 high-temperature friction and wear tester,study the lubricious coating’s friction and wear properties at 200 ℃, 400 ℃and 600 ℃,using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM),EDS, to study the coating morphology, structure and phase。research different components of the lubricating coating tribological properties under wide temperature domain, in order to obtain good performance lubricant coating。 Through experiment we know that the different Ag content will cause changes at different temperatures in high-temperature tribological properties。
