摘要本文的研究目的为在一种新型镍基合金材料表面实现细晶结构的制备和表征。通过喷丸设备对镍基合金进行高速变形处理,实现表面变形层的制备。利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜及微观硬度实验系统研究了镍基合金表面喷丸处理后的微观结构与力学性能,并确定了结构、力学性能的梯度变化。通过与固溶处理后样品的微观结构进行比较发现,样品表面晶粒结构的细化及析出相的细化与回溶。另外硬度实验表明,通过喷丸处理镍基合金的表面晶粒及析出相的明显细化,硬度相对于固溶处理的样品提升了20%。87875

Title Small-grained structures in the surface of a polycrystalline Ni-based alloy
Abstract The achievement and characterization of small-grained structures in the surface of a polycrystalline Ni-based alloy was present。 Shot peening was used to achieve the high strain and high strain rates strain on the surface of a newly developed Ni-based alloy。 Optical and scanning electron microscopes were utilized to observe the microstructure before and after shot peening treatments。 Microhardness testing was used to measure the hardness variation along the distance from the treated surface。 The results demonstrate that the grained structure and precipitates were refined significantly with the partial dissolution of precipitates。 The microhardness measurements show that the hardness on the treated surface was promoted by 20% due to the refinement of the grain structures and precipitates。
