摘要本文综述了基于WCAPP的焊缝数字化识别技术的研究,阐述了传统的焊接工艺智能设计系统(WCAPP)不能自动识别输入焊缝焊材信息的现状。对LabVIEW技术进行研究,通过利用LabVIEW技术设计了可以采集识别读取二维码信息的程序,该程序识别速度快,运行操作方便而灵敏,开发了一套二维码扫描自动识别软件进行了研究,该二维码内容包括焊缝信息的焊材、板厚、焊接方法、坡口等信息。自主研制了一套ABB焊接机器人扫描焊枪系统,并对其进行了抗干扰能力的测试,测试实验数据表明研制的该系统即焊缝信息扫描二维码软硬件系统对二维码识别速率快,运行稳定,对环境特别是焊接过程时也具备稳定迅速的识别速率,体现了该系统良好的抗干扰能力。实现了基于WCAPP的焊缝数字化识别的目的。87878
